Dean and his team delivered an important job for us on time and with the minimum of disruption. They were excellent communicators, keeping us up to speed with progress and issues and keen to see everything done to our satisfaction. Our complex problem was resolved in the most appropriate and least expensive way, for which we are very grateful to them all.

We had a major issue with our drain, that was causing major issues. Dean and the team were great, not only going above & beyond, but also being honest, reliable & made sure to get the job done to perfection. Would highly recommend.

Dean and the team were excellent from start to finish. They recently installed a new pump station and water treatment plant for us after our previous system collapsed, and I genuinely couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

They quickly found a pragmatic and cost-effective solution to what was quite a complex problem, making sensible use of the existing drainage wherever possible to help keep costs under control. As is often the case with projects like this, additional complications arose once work began, but at every stage they approached things calmly and professionally, always finding solutions that were practical, proportionate, and clearly well thought through.

They were also a pleasure to have on site - considerate of the wider garden and driveway, exceptionally polite, and clearly very knowledgeable without ever taking advantage of the scale of the project. Communication, follow-up, and aftercare have all been excellent too.

A trustworthy, dependable, and highly professional team that I would not hesitate to recommend.

we were selling our house and found that our septic tank needed upgrading to a sewage treatment tank or we couldn’t sell . In a panic we called Groundsource and Dean was really helpful and calmed us down. Dean and Arren came and got the job done with little fuss and informed us about the job all th way through . The sale is now back on and i can’t thank Dean enough, i would highly recommend and will use them again if ever needed.

I can highly recommend Ground Source Drainage as they really do know their stuff. I was getting fed up of conmen coming round and telling me about injecting my 200 year old solid walls when I knew this wouldn’t work! Dean from Ground Source Drainage took one look and instantly said “you need a French drain or an ACO system, but the French drain would look more in keeping” this was music to my ears because I was already pretty sure that a French drain would solve the problem permanently as two other people with older buildings had already suggested the idea. Dean and Neil were very professional, worked extremely fast and always made sure that they cleaned up as they worked, and Dean was 100% right the finished job looks absolutely fantastic!

Over the moon with the service from ground source, we had a failed septic tank, dean and ground source come out and was absolutely amazing, put in a new upgraded tank for us, everything from dealing with the team over the phone to the completed job was 100 % all the way through, brilliant company and would definitely recommend.

Dean recently installed a sewage treatment plant at my house. The job wasn’t without it’s problems but having turned up when they said they would the job was completed on time and on budget by a really helpful, friendly team who restored the site to a very high standard. Anyone wanting a similar job done, go to Ground Source Drainage for excellent results.
